Geofences can be edited or deleted at any time. Deleted geofences cannot be restored.
You can also add extra features to a geofence to make it even more useful:
"Notifications" will notify you or others when any asset enters or exits a geofence.
"Automatic purpose" will automatically add a trip purpose to business trips that start or stop in this geofence – for example, you could add the purpose “Airport Run” around a London Heathrow geofence and save drivers time from needing to add that purpose manually.
"Address override" will automatically replace the address of all trips that start or stop in the geofence – for example, what would appear as post code ‘TW6 1EW’ could now appear as ‘London Heathrow’.
To edit, delete or add any extra features to any geofence:
- Go to https://abax.cloud/central/map/
- Click on any geofence on the map or click the ‘Geofences’ sub-menu
- Click on the desired geofence from the list (you can use the search or filter options to help)
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
