Add or update the vehicle leasing details (Leasing tab)

Leasing details will help you to minimize or avoid excess mileage charges. 

An overview of the whole fleet is also available as a report – see “Fleet management reports” for more information 

• Open the ‘Vehicles’ menu: https://abax.cloud/central/assets/vehicles or find it from ‘Admin > Vehicles’.  
• Select the vehicle from the list.  

• Select the ‘Leasing’ tab.  
• Enter the relevant information including; leasing company, contract number, contract start date, mileage limit, lease period and mileage at the start of the lease.
