Equipment reports

• Equipment reports help you manage your equipment and tools. 
• Open the report center: https://abax.cloud/central/reports/trip or find the reports from the ‘Reports center > Equipment’. 

Usage log report 

• Detailed overview of the number of hours the equipment has been in use and at which location 

Geofence report 

• Overview of an asset's time spent in each geofence 
• Includes entry and exit time and total time 
• Great for invoicing customers, handling complaints and internal budgeting 

In geofence now report 

• List of what assets are currently in a specific geofence and how long they have been there 
• Use to ensure effective asset utilisation and help a project run smoothly 

Notification EQ report 

• Overview of all the notifications on the equipment.  
• It can be sorted to see all notifications or one specific notification -Includes:
• Low battery 
• No GSM contact in 25 days 
• No GPS position in -10 days 
• Service alert 

Usage status report 

• Overview of the number of hours the equipment has been in use and at which location. 

Temperature history report 

• Overview of the unit temperature 
• Only works with ABAX MINI 

Inspection report 

• Overview of the servicing information for your equipment  

Environment report 

• Overview of usage, idling, utilisation fuel used and CO2 emissions 
• Only works for equipment connected via Smart Connect
